Takoyaki Dining Katsu just opened up a few months ago. The owners are really nice and they make super delicious takoyaki (Octopus Pastry Ball?). It is a small takoyaki bar. The takoyaki will cost you around 450 yen which is actually cheaper then what it usually is. At night it is pretty packed.
They have 3 different Takoyaki flavors. Normal, Cheese and Fish Eggs I think. I can say for a fact their Cheese and Original flavors are awesome. Hot and order made pretty much it is deliciouss. The downside to order made is that sometimes if they don’t have takoyaki on hand they have to grill it and it can take from 5 to 10 minutes.
It’s a bit small only fitting a max of around 10 to 12 people but the interior is nice and clean. The decision to use a wood that smells nice is great.
Many Nichidai students go to eat a Takoyaki here and their options of beer and drinks are small because of the amount of space, but I don’t have any complaints. They owners always greet me on my way home and it is a 3 minute walk from Mishima station.
It’s a new business so if you want some takoyaki near Mishima station come by!
If Octopus is ok and Michael Hudak’s mustache is the best number 1 place on the planet I give this place a Hudak out of Michael Hudak.
Happy Eating everyone!
