I was fortunate enough to eat here at the Mishima shop before it closed. There are other shops but the Mishima shop is closed.
Welcome to Men’s Toudou. This small shop seats a maximum of 15 to 25 people. It’s small, it’s clean, and if you are waiting outside in the cold. It’s really cold. This shop is near Suzufuku and it is very popular among the locals. People will wait close to an hour to try this place.
I arrived around 12:30 o clock and ended up waiting about 1 hour to just get in. When you enter you’ll notice that the entire is actually quite nice. They ask you to order from the machine and once you’ve paid, they’ll put you into your designated seat.
I ended up ordering the spicy pork broth tsukemen (Dipping Noodles), and gyoza. It took about 10 to 15 minutes but man did it look good.
So lemme just say, wow this place is amazing. I know I say that about a lot of things but baby jesus this place is good. The broth is amazing and the way the noodles just pick up that broth you know it was worth the wait. Even the gyoza was amazing. It was crispy, flavorful. The middle was warm and it was just all around good experience. Except for one of the waiters dropping the plates but I didn’t even care. This place was delicious.
So if -32 is terrible, 0 is ok and 5 is a perfect score what do I give this place?
I give it a 4.56 rounded up.
Happy Eating People!
