Ramen Kihachi is located in the middle of a farm. As we pulled up a man was tending to the plants, so you know it’s quite in the middle of the country side. However it had good reviews on google so I decided to go check it out!
The shop was more spacious than I expected. The counter seats about 8 and it has two tables I believe.
They actually only have Ramen, Chashu men, and Extra Chashu men. On the side you have a bunch of different options for toppings. Seawood, eggs and etc. Stuff you’d normally put on ramen.
In terms of cost it will set you back about 1000 yen but it is pretty worth if you happen to be in this particular field. I will say that the noodles, and cha shu are standard for a ramen but the broth is ridiculously flavorful. It is delicious. I mean you can see the fat just chillin on the top.
Ki hachi is a must go to if you love ramen broth. I mean look at it! Happy Eating 人生。
Kihachi is at least a 10 to 20 minute walk from Izu-Hakone Daiba Station.
